This online yoga class is a digital download of the counted led practice of ashtanga yoga through the first two standing postures of the third series. All students are welcome to download this class - it is a fiery, lively, invigorating invocation inwards towards the self.

The intermediate series incorporates the classic elements of yogic practice: bandha (internal locks), drishti (gazing points), vinyasa (movement breath focusing), dhyana (meditation) and the most important of all - breath (ujjayi pranayama). This class is for anyone who is proficient in primary series and is interested and ready to learn the intermediate series.
