Join Sarah for a 2 1/2 hour online class leading you through the Primary Series of Aṣṭānga Yoga in the Full Vinyasa style. This is a half primary ending at Baddha Konasana going into the full backbend portion of the method as well as full closing postures. There is chanting of the Yoga Sutras as well. Sarah practices with you so you can also watch while you practice along with her. Clarify your breath, bandha and driṣti in this workshop-based class.
