In this afternoon workshop we will explore the deceptively difficult Bhujapidasana (arm pressure posture) and Tittibasana (Firefly posture) in the Primary and Intermediate Series as well as Bakasana (Crow posture) and Pincha Mayurasana (Peacock posture).
We will take a good look at our hips and our bandhas first so that we have the foundations needed in order to feel lofty and confident to shift our perspective and bodies forward and upwards into the air. We will explore a good portion of this workshop on kriya and pranayama to prime ourselves to move upwards.
Pre-requisite: Primary Series up to Bhujapidasana
